Sonia Sotomayor hasn’t actually posed topless yet, at least not to my knowledge, but she seems to be the only news item today. I feel like I have pretty much said everything I want to say on the topic of Judge Sotomayor (Supreme court overturns Sotomayor, The left responds to Sotomayor racism charges, Obama chooses racist Sotomayor for Supreme Court Justice spot).  So, barring something shocking and new like news that Sonia Sotomayor posed topless (I actually got a hit the other day from somone looking for “Hillary Clinton topless”.  Bill, are you reading my blog?), she will probably be approved.  The Republicans do seem to be doing a decent job of exposing her hypocrisy though.  If you want to read about that, here you go: Michell Malkin: Day two: Sotomayor and ritual reassurances, Hot Air: Live stream from Sotomayor hearings
