Earlier this year, Obama denied bowing to a King of Saudi Arabia.  I think he wanted to look at the King’s watch or something.  This time, there is no denying his deep, unreciprocated bow to the despot Emperor of Japan.

Update:  A White House Senior Administration Official is claiming Obama was observing protocol by bowing to the Emperor of Japan.  Apparently, this is a protocol no one other than Obama is aware of.  Hot Air Pundit has pictures of a variety of other world leaders and representatives meeting the Emperor.  President Obama is the only one offering his submission and deference.
